In this perspective, the Benefit Corporation – as a legal instrument for creating shared value – aims to pursue social purposes, environmental protection, the development of environmentally friendly technologies, and individual protection. Although only established as a Benefit Corporation since July 2022, Mexedia already has important projects in place which began at the start of the year – because we have always believed in the values that have now officially entered our charter.
